🎂 Funfetti Cake Bars (if baking)

Ingredients:

  • 1 box vanilla or white cake mix
  • ½ cup butter (melted)
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and milk until smooth.
  3. Fold in sprinkles.
  4. Pour batter into the pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake 25–30 minutes, until golden and set. Cool before cutting into squares.

🍬 Funfetti Fudge (if chilling)

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips with condensed milk over low heat. Stir until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and sprinkles.
  4. Spread evenly in the pan.
  5. Chill in the fridge 2–3 hours until firm. Cut into squares.
