Ingredients

- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
For the Glaze:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven
- Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Prepare the Cinnamon Apple Mix
- In a bowl, mix apples with brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
