Rich, flavorful, and perfect for dipping shrimp, crab, lobster, or any seafood feast!
Ingredients:
3 sticks unsalted butter
3 tbsp garlic, minced
1/4 cup onion, finely diced
2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tbsp oregano
1/2 tbsp paprika
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions:
Melt the Butter
In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
Sauté the Aromatics
Add the minced garlic and diced onion. Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring frequently, until fragrant.
Add Seasonings
Stir in Old Bay seasoning, lemon pepper, oregano, paprika, chili powder, and red pepper flakes.
Enhance the Flavor
Crumble the chicken bouillon cube into the sauce and mix well.
Add brown sugar and stir until fully dissolved.
Simmer and Serve
Let the sauce simmer for a few more minutes to blend flavors.
Serve warm as a dipping sauce for seafood or drizzle over your favorite seafood boil.
Notes:
Adjust spice levels by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
For a citrusy twist, add fresh lemon juice before serving.
